Grace Teaches Sunday December 11

Grace Kline will teach this Sunday while I am upstate teaching at a retreat. Grace lives in the neighborhood, did her training with the same teachers as I, and makes documentary films. Enjoy!

HANNAH HARPOLE IS BACK

After traveling in India for two extra months, rounding it out to near six, or the visa limit, and spending some time in Europe I am back to help make your bodies strong. I recently sat with a friend, who asked me what the scariest thing was which happened on my adventure. This question baffled me, I paused, and smiled, nothing. The world has treated me well. In class I hope to create space in your body, enabling your mind to also find space, so we all can go out into the world adding to all things which are well.
