Join Hannah as she teaches a fast-paced, strengthening 
yoga practice for the first hour and deeply restorative last 
half hour. 


Your donations benefit the Lutheran Church of 
the Messiah, an innovative community space in Greenpoint 
Brooklyn. Some mats will be available, but if you have one 
please bring it. All levels are welcome! 


If you are coming from outside of Greenpoint, free parking is available 
underneath the BQE, about 2 blocks away. You can also take the G train 
to Nassau or the B48 bus to Humboldt and Nassau Ave right around the 
corner.

hannah harpole started and continues mov- 
ing as a dancer. she has studied many forms 
of movement philosophies including laban, 
release, and klein technique. her class em- 
phasizes correct alignment through adjust- 
ments with a quick pace. she received her yoga 
teacher training from greenhouse holistic and 
is lucky to have many teachers who inspire 
her practice. she currently teaches dance and 
yoga to teenagers at an alternative public high 
school in downtown brooklyn.
