Christie Roe

The lovely and talented Christie Roe will take charge this 

Sunday 4/15  and Tuesday 4/17. 

Through basic practice and holistic principle, Christie teaches hatha
yoga in the creative self-healing modality, using quality of breath as
medium to embrace our entirety of being that always has space to grow still. Growing up near Los Angeles, she became a devoted student of yoga at a young age, and started teaching in 2005. Two of her most well-known and beloved teachers are Erich Schiffmann, Freedom Style Yoga, and Mark Whitwell,Heart of Yoga. Christie is honored and excited to share practice with the beautiful community here in Brooklyn.

Grace Teaches Sunday December 11

Grace Kline will teach this Sunday while I am upstate teaching at a retreat. Grace lives in the neighborhood, did her training with the same teachers as I, and makes documentary films. Enjoy!
